What's in a Name?

During dinner preparation, Mumsy asked Bill to grab something off the top shelf (he's a bit tall).

"Would you grab this for me, ExOfNote? Bill." she asked. I caught her eye and smiled, she looked mortified. I don't think Bill noticed.
