Week One
Well, Bill and I have lived together for a bit over a full week. The house is a disaster, and our friendship is still intact.
If anything this week we've been more co-dependent and joined at the hip than previously. We've caught the bus to work together nearly every day, and home together most. We've eaten dinner together every night but tonight, and on and on and on.
Last night as we were running some errands and talking about what we needed to do to make today work (his parents are coming into town tomorrow and we're trying to get everything in order for then) he interrupted our conversation to comment, "we sound like a married couple!"
I had to laugh—very very true.
